This prestigious award celebrates first-time pharmacy student applicants who embody the values of professionalism, innovation, and service to humanity.
The Insight Award for Undergraduate Pharmacy Students was established to identify and honor students who represent the best of Nigeria’s next generation of pharmacists. Beyond financial rewards, the award provides professional mentorship, networking opportunities, and national recognition.
Winners will be chosen based on a holistic evaluation that combines academic performance, ethical behavior, innovation, and community service.

All applications will be evaluated by an independent panel of assessors, chaired by a Fellow of the West African Postgraduate College of Pharmacists (WAPCP).
The award will be conferred by Professor Azuka C. Oparah during the fourth quarter of 2025.

Who can apply for the Insight Award 2026?
Undergraduate pharmacy students in Nigerian universities, preferably in 300 or 400 level, are eligible.

No. The Insight Award is free to apply for.

Winners will be announced and celebrated by the fourth quarter of 2025.
How much is the cash prize?
The award includes a financial reward starting from ₦250,000 and additional professional benefits.
