Introduction

The TKA Solid Foundations 2027 Nigerian College/University Scholarship Program is now accepting applications from students seeking admission into Nigerian public universities and polytechnics for the 2027 academic session.

The programme plans to award 50 scholarships to support students with educational expenses. Priority will be given to applicants from low-income families who need financial assistance to pursue higher education.

The scholarship is organised by TKA Solid Foundations, whose Nigerian work is associated with the Timothy Kolawole Adebanjo Foundation. It is designed to help eligible students access educational support as they prepare for the 2027 admission process.

Applications opened on 1 October 2026 and will close on 20 December 2026. Eligible students should complete the online application form before the deadline.

Benefits

The TKA Solid Foundations 2027 Nigerian Scholarship provides the following forms of educational support:

  • Tuition and school fees: Financial assistance towards the cost of attending a Nigerian public university or polytechnic.
  • Textbooks: Support for essential academic books.
  • Stationery: Assistance with learning and writing materials.
  • Bursary support: Additional financial support to help students with educational needs.

A total of 50 scholarships are available for the 2027 academic session. Applicants from low-income families receive priority consideration.

The official announcement does not specify a fixed monetary value for each award or confirm that every recipient will receive full tuition coverage. Applicants should therefore refer to the foundation for clarification on the value and extent of individual awards.

To apply for the TKA Solid Foundations 2027 Nigerian College/University Scholarship, applicants should meet the following conditions.

1. Be seeking admission for the 2027 academic session

The programme is intended for students participating in the 2027 admission process.

2. Have WAEC or equivalent examination results

Applicants must possess WAEC or equivalent examination results from 2024 to 2027.

Important: The application form also asks whether applicants are already attending a Nigerian university or polytechnic. Students should answer this question truthfully and confirm their eligibility with the foundation if they are already enrolled, because the main programme description focuses on students seeking admission.
