- A valid means of identification (NIN, Voter’s Card, or other valid ID).
- Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- A personal statement (maximum 500 words) explaining:
- The adversities that have challenged your educational success.
- How you have handled those challenges.
- University Admission Letter.
- A Letter of Identification and Academic Standing from your Head of Department.
- Two signed recommendation letters (one page each).
- Current University Academic Record/Transcript (for Year 2 students and above).
- JAMB Result and SSCE Result (for Year 1 students only).
- Proof of leadership, including positions held and responsibilities (if available).
