Romania ARICE Scholarship 2026/27 for International Students (Fully Funded)

Applications are now open for the Romania ARICE Scholarship 2026/27. The Romanian Agency for Investments and Foreign Trade (ARICE), in partnership with the Romanian Ministry of Education, is offering 40 fully funded scholarships to international students who wish to pursue Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, and selected postgraduate programs at accredited public universities in Romania. The scholarship is designed to support talented students from non-EU countries and provides comprehensive financial support throughout their studies.

  • Oil and Gas

Applications in other fields may also be considered depending on available places. However, scholarships are generally not awarded for Dentistry, Stomatology, or Pharmacy programs.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, applicants must:

  • Be citizens of non-EU and non-EFTA countries.
  • Have strong academic performance.
  • Meet admission requirements for their chosen study program.
  • Not be Romanian citizens.
  • Not hold long-term residency in Romania.
  • Not have previously received the same Romanian government scholarship at the same study level.

Priority may be given to applicants from countries without existing educational cooperation agreements with Romania.

Selection Process

Applications will undergo an academic evaluation process. Final scholarship decisions are made by the Romanian Ministry of Education after ARICE completes the preliminary selection. Successful candidates will be notified through official channels.
