Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be citizens of non-EU and non-EFTA countries.
- Have strong academic performance.
- Meet admission requirements for their chosen study program.
- Not be Romanian citizens.
- Not hold long-term residency in Romania.
- Not have previously received the same Romanian government scholarship at the same study level.
Priority may be given to applicants from countries without existing educational cooperation agreements with Romania.
