About the Internship Program:

Petrogap Oil and Gas is seeking the services of a smart, courteous, and detail-oriented female Front Desk Intern. The Petrogap Oil and Gas Graduate Internship is ideal for a recent graduate or a corps member fresh out of the NYSC camp, seeking hands-on experience in office administration, customer service, and corporate communication. The Petrogap Graduate Internship is a career opportunity for a recent graduate or a corps member fresh out of NYSC camp to work with the oil and gas company.

Responsibilities of Selected Interns:

• Greet and attend to guests, clients, and staff professionally.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Manage the front desk area and ensure it is always tidy and presentable.
• Handle administrative tasks such as receiving and sorting mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
• Provide general support to other departments as needed.

Eligibility Criteria of the Internship Program:

Applicants MUST fulfill the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (NYSC candidates or fresh graduates preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
• Smart-looking and very presentable.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Female preferrably (for gender balance).
