MindThrive is built on three program pillars designed to move you from “promising student” to “employable professional”:

Selection Process
After submitting a detailed application, shortlisted candidates are invited for an interview to discuss goals and experiences.
Three Scholar Tiers (Very Important)
MindThrive splits scholars by academic level into three tiers:
1) Foundation Scholars Program (200 Level)
Purpose: Help scholars understand their skillsets and expand thinking capacity through general training.
Requirement: Minimum 4.00/5.00 CGPA (or equivalent) from first-year results (lower CGPA may be considered case-by-case).
Curriculum includes:
General coaching, career fair, personal mentorship, employability skills, writing/public speaking intro, leadership courses, technology tools intro, hands-on projects/group work, writing & communications.
2) Eagles Scholars Program (300 Level)
Designed for 300-level students; includes general and elective courses aligned with MindThrive pipelines.
Requirement: Minimum 4.00 GP in first-year result OR strong performance in Foundation program (lower GP may be considered case-by-case).
Three Core Pipelines:
- Entrepreneurship (Design thinking, team formation, leadership structure, technology in business, professional writing, time management, building presence, internship/venture lab, 1-on-1 mentoring)
- Academics (Research writing, paper publication—at least one, research seminars, professional writing, time management, building presence, academic internship, 1-on-1 mentoring)
- Intrapreneurship (Management, public speaking, professional ethics, spreadsheet modeling, professional writing, time management, building presence, industry-based internship, 1-on-1 mentoring)
3) Zenith Scholars Program (400 Level)
For 400-level students preparing for elite career outcomes and graduate pathways.
Key highlights include:
- Training for graduate programs (US/Canada/Australia/UK), including guidance toward a strong GRE score
- MindThrive states it is part of their responsibility to pay IELTS and GRE fees for exceptional scholars
- Pitch competitions with pre-seed funding for the best business ideas
Qualifications include: 400-level status, maintaining minimum 4.0/5.0 CGPA, and strong reflective essays/motivation letters.
