About the Program:
Established in 2019, The Bloom Africa, is a registered non-profit harnessing the collective power of African and Diasporan women and girls to catalyze impactful change within their communities and across the globe.
Since our founding and through our diverse initiatives and collaborative partnerships, we have positively impacted the lives of thousands of women and girls across the Continent and Diaspora including in Botswana, Canada, Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa, the U.S. and Zimbabwe. The Girl in Bloom Global Ambassadors Program is looking for young, passionate female changemakers from across Africa and the Diaspora who are committed to leadership, community impact, and the empowerment of African and Diasporan women and girls. Through this eight-week mentorship and leadership program, selected ambassadors will gain access to resources, mentorship, and training to develop skills, lead initiatives, and advocate for change in their communities.

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants for the Girl in Bloom Global Ambassadors Program MUST fulfill the following requirements:
- Applicants MUST reside in an African country or the Diaspora
- Applicants MUST be a female between 13-18 years old
- Applicants MUST be passionate about social impact and community development
- Applicants MUST have strong leadership and communication skills
- Applicants MUST be able to commit to full 8-week program
- Applicants MUST complete all program requirements

Applications for the Girl in Bloom Global Ambassadors Program are open for entries until May 31st, 2025. Early applications are highly encouraged.
