How much is the Chi Farms Graduate Trainee Salary?
The Chi Farms Graduate Trainee Salary ranges from ₦65,000 to ₦70,000 per month during training.
Selected Chi Farms graduate trainees earn ₦2.4 to ₦3.5 million Naira annually.
Eligibilty for the Chi farms graduate Trainee programme
To be eligible for the 2024 Chi Farms Graduate Trainee Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in agricultural management, veterinary medicine, food science, marketing, business administration, finance, accounting, computer science, mechanical/civil/electrical engineering, or a similar field of study.
- Minimum grade of Second-Class Upper Division from a recognised university.
- 0-2 years of related job experience.
- Excellent communication and presenting skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.#
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) software.
- Willingness to work at any of our sites inside and outside of Nigeria.
- Not older than 30 years by December 31st, 2025.
