About the Scholarship Program:
SohCahToa Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving those facing adversity in Africa. We are committed to supporting the most vulnerable populations—particularly children and youth. Over the years, we have touched the lives of thousands through our programs and initiatives. From distributing essential food and relief packages to organizing impactful outreach events and providing vocational and ICT training, we strive to uplift those in need and bring hope and joy to communities around the world. The Sohcahtoa Foundation Scholarship is one of the Foundation’s key educational initiatives, designed to support students enrolled in Nigerian public tertiary institutions.
Benefits of the Scholarship Program:
Winners of the scholarship will receive the following benefits:
- A one time award of #250,000 per awardee
Eligibility Criteria of the Scholarship Program:
Interested applicants for this scholarship program MUST fulfill the following requirements:
- Applicants MUST be in their 2nd year or above and currently enrolled in a recognized Nigerian public tertiary institution (University, Polytechnic or Colleges of Education).
- Applicants MUST have at least 5 O’ level credit passes in one sitting (English and Mathematics inclusive)- have a CGPA of 3.5 in a 5 grade system or equivalent in other grade systems.
- Applicants MUST be a full-time student studying any course of their choice.
- While applications are open to all disciplines, we especially encourage students in fields such as STEM, Humanities, Administration, Law and Medicine to apply.
- Applicants MUST not be a beneficiary of any other scholarship award, bursary or grant from any other organization
Selection criteria:
- Candidates may be required to write an aptitude test.
- Shortlisted candidates may be required to provide a letter of consent from their parents or guardians

Terms and Conditions:
- Only the shortlisted applicants will be contacted. No need to contact the foundation once you have submitted your application.
- The 2025/2026 Scholarship reward is a one-time payment of Two hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (N250,000).
- Returning beneficiaries from the first edition of the program are encouraged to reapply using the same 2025/2026 Application Form link.

Application Deadline:
Applications for the scholarship is open for entries until the 30th of September, 2025. Early applications are highly encouraged.
