What Will Fellows Build?

The fellowship will help participants develop:

  • Career clarity
  • Wellbeing and resilience

Who Should Apply?

The fellowship is open to:

Selected fellows will have the opportunity to participate in structured R-WEF learning with up to three peers.

This provides participants with an opportunity to learn alongside others, share experiences, and maintain peer accountability throughout the fellowship.

What Is the Fellowship Commitment?
