  • To participate olympiad in the Bachelor track, an education of at least general secondary is required
  • To participate olympiad in the Master track, an education of at least higher: Bachelor’s degree is required
  • To participate olympiad in the Doctoral track, an education of at least higher: specialty, Master’s degree is required
  • It is possible to apply without the documents confirming these degrees, but only if one is planning to complete the appropriate level of education in 2025. In this case the documents must be presented as soon as they are issued.
  • Postdoctoral track requirements are a bit different. Here, the participants must get their PhD or candidate/doctor of science degree no later than the registration start day (September 16).
  • Additionally, to be allowed to participate, applicants will have to pass a short test in each of the selected subject areas.
  • It’s designed to make a preliminary evaluation of a participant’s knowledge level and get them acquainted with the Olympiad’s interface. Three attempts at this test are provided.
  • Language Proficiency: Not required upfront! Certificates in English or Russian boost your portfolio score but aren’t mandatory. Programs adapt to your level.
