The £15,000 University College London Global Masters Scholarship is available to potential international students who want to study in the capital of the United Kingdom after completing their postgraduate studies.
International students from lower-income families are encouraged to enrol in full-time Master’s degree programs at the University College London thanks to the grant. In this post, we are going to examine the application into this school for scholarships.
About the UCL scholarship
These are the advantages that the University College London Global Scholarship will provide:
- The bursary is worth fifteen thousand pounds.
- With the exception of two-year full-time programs, the scholarship is only valid for one year. If that is the case, 50% of the scholarship will be awarded annually.
- Other scholarships, studentships, awards, or bursaries may be given out in conjunction with the UCL Global Masters Scholarship. Depending on how much the student has received in total from different sources, the UCL award amount may change.
- In the event that they get additional financing for their UCL Master’s degree studies, either before or after the UCL Global Masters Scholarship is granted, scholarship recipients are required to notify the UCL Student financing Office right away.
- The scholarship will first be applied to the recipient’s tuition fees, with any remainder payable to the recipient in three equal instalments, throughout the academic year, towards maintenance.
Eligibility of the UCL scholarship
To be eligible for the University College London Global Masters Scholarship, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
- be eligible to pay the Overseas fee rate;
- come from a lower income background*;
- AND have submitted a complete admission application (including the submission of references) for a full-time Master’s degree at UCL in 2025/26.Â
- Please note: Distance-learning options are not eligible for this fund; students must be coming to the UK to attend UCL in person

- In order to obtain proof of financial necessity, shortlisted individuals will be contacted in the middle of June.
- Successful candidates will be notified at the start of July when this has been evaluated.
