About the role

Nodescale are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage our online presence, grow our community, and drive engagement across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate understands brand storytelling, trends, and analytics turning content into measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns.
• Create, curate, and publish high-quality content (text, images, videos, and stories) across social media platforms.
• Manage and grow social media communities, fostering authentic engagement and conversations.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve engagement rates.
• Collaborate with the design, marketing, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Run paid social campaigns and monitor their performance.
• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
• Experience using analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand tone.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with influencer partnerships or UGC campaigns.
• Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools).
• Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
