The Lafarge Skills Development Training is a non-residential, 18-month technical intense training program in which selected candidates will receive tuition-free lectures, tough hands-on sessions, and a stipend to cover out-of-pocket costs.

Lafarge Africa Plc welcomes appropriately qualified Ordinary National Diploma holders for admission into an eighteen-month multi-skilled vocational training program covering the technical disciplines listed below:
Mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and automation maintenance processes, as well as welding and fabrication technology.
Cement Manufacturing Processes, namely Production, Process, and Quality.
The Lafarge Africa Graduate Trainee program is meant to provide successful candidates with the necessary skills and mindset to become self-employed/employable in the occupational areas specified above.
It is a non-residential, 18-month technical intense training program in which selected candidates will get tuition-free lectures, tough hands-on sessions, and a stipend to cover out-of-pocket costs. Candidates will receive the Lafarge Internal Certificate at the end of the programme.
To be eligible for the Lafarge Technical Skills Development Training, you must meet the following requirements:
Completion of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from a recognised institution no earlier than 2021.
Minimum of 5 O’level credits, including English Language and Mathematics. Physics, chemistry, and any other topic (up to two sittings).
The Lafarge TSDP Placement 2025 Recruitment will be conducted in three locations within Nigeria;
