About the Empowerment Program:
The Ekong Sampson Empowerment Program (ESEP) is a strategic initiative designed to support students, entrepreneurs, and skill-focused individuals across Akwa Ibom South Senatorial District. Since its inception in 2004, the program has consistently provided educational grants, business support, and capacity-building opportunities aimed at empowering beneficiaries to achieve their academic and economic goals. The Ekong Sampson Empowerment Program (ESEP) supports students, entrepreneurs, and skilled individuals across Akwa Ibom South. Since 2004, ESEP has empowered lives through grants and training for academic and economic advancement.
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants MUST be from the following Local Government Areas:
- Ikot Abasi
- Mkpat Enin
- Eastern Obolo
- Onna
- Eket
- Esit Eket
- Ibeno
- Okobo
- Oron
- UdungUko
- Urueoffong/Oruko
- Mbo
