Applications are invited to apply for the Dubai Business Associates Program 2026 in UAE. This program is available for international candidates. The program is fully supported, and there is no application fee. There are usually between thirty and forty associates in each cohort. 

Candidates from all around the world can study and work at Dubai-based enterprises during the nine-month, fully financed Associates Program. • For both personal and professional coaching, each participant is paired with a career coach and a life coach.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the Dubai Business Associates Program 2026 in the UAE, applicants must:

• All nationalities are eligible to apply for the program.
• New graduates or professionals in their early careers with 0–3 years of work experience are welcome to apply.
• Applicants must have at least a bachelor’s degree to be eligible.
• Age Preference: Usually in the 23–27 age range.
• While internships are a huge benefit for recent grads, full-time experience is not necessary.
