About the Scholarship Program:
Akin Akinboro and Mobolaji Sokunbi are the Co-Founders of The 234 Project. They first met in the late 1990s at a time when each person was much involved in the African Students Association (ASA) at their respective universities. In 2015, they got together and launched The 234 Project as a platform to promote the accomplishments of Nigerians globally and as an agency with the precise purpose to empower a young generation of Nigerians. We are committed to ensuring that Nigerian youths are not victims of a socio-economic limitations but are discovered and mentored so that they can be agents of change themselves. The 234 Project is focused on 3 particular pillars. Through educational programs, mentorship, and cultural initiatives, we foster innovation, promote cultural heritage, and cultivate future leaders who will shape Nigeria’s vibrant and diverse future.
We’re back with another opportunity to reward impact and service. In partnership with Busola Oke, the Grace Scholarship is open to students of Obafemi Awolowo University and the University of Lagos who have shown extraordinary service to their communities.
Benefits of the Scholarship Program:
Winners of the scholarship will each receive ₦50,000 towards their education.
Eligibility Criteria of te Scholarship Program:
Interested candidates for this scholarship MUST fulfill the following requirements:
- Applicants MUST be a citizen of the federal republic of Nigerian.
- Applicants MUST be students of either UNILAG and OAU Students
- Applicants MUST be of good academic standing.

The deadline for this scholarship program is not specified yet hence early applications are highly encouraged.
