About the scholarship program:
The foundation was established in memory of Chief D.K. Olumofin. The foundation seeks to assist people from disadvantaged backgrounds in their quest to achieve financial freedom by providing academic scholarships to students and economic assistance to people in need. By providing financial scholarships to students (DKO Scholars) at all levels of academia, the D.K. Olumofin foundation hopes to make an impact in the lives of people from underserved backgrounds.
Also, by providing academic resources to those in need, the Danieles Kubuwaje Olumofin foundation hopes to fill the gap whereever necessary to those who might not be able to get their hands on the academic supplies they need. For this year’s scolarship, one male and one female currently enrolled undergraduate student will be selected.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants will be required to write a 1000 word essay detailing why they are deserving of the scholarship
- Applicants MUST have at least two references that can be contacted via phone that can vouch for his or her character.
- Applicants MUST be available for a video call with the executor of the foundation once selected

I want to apply for this scholarship because I believe it will help financially and support my academic pursuit. I will help me to focus on my academic with Total concentration and focus,as I will not worry about how to pay school fees and others ..
I want to apply so that I can assist by parents in clearing the issues of my school fees and also as it has become a major challenge and focus to my parents as it is the dream of my parents to see me succeed .
