The Univeristy of Ibadan Alumni Association (the Warri Chapter) has decided to help indigent students who are unable to pay their academic fee. Are you a student who is finding it uneasy to get your school fee payment? This is another opportunity for you to get the weight off your chest, provided you meet the criteria and eligibility for the scholarship.
About the scholarship
The Warri chapter of the University of Ibadan Alumni is pleased to announce a scholarship award for deserving students in the University of Ibadan, inasmuch as such students have demonstrated academic excellence. This is one of the ways of giving back to the school that has nurtured and mentored them to walk in the right path of their life, and thus they deemed it well to return such a gesture back to the school they once attended.
Benefit of the scholarship
- An award of #100,000 is given to student shortlisted every session, as long as the student can maintain the minimum GPA of 3.2

Eligibility for the scholarship
To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following conditions:
Be a registered student of the University of Ibadan in good academic standing.

Academic Requirements
Applicants must meet the required academic standards:
- A minimum CGPA of 3.2 for existing students.
- For fresh students, a minimum JAMB score of 250, supported by an official result slip.
Financial Need
Priority will be given to students who can demonstrate significant financial need, as the scheme aims to assist those who may otherwise struggle to afford academic expenses.

- A formal application letter.
- Proof of Local Government Area (LGA) of origin.
- Current academic transcript or statement of results.
- Evidence of financial need (where applicable).
