About the Scholarship Program:

At Titi Kola-Mustapha (TKM) Foundation, we believe that every girl deserves the chance to unlock her full potential through education, regardless of her background or financial circumstances. Established to support underprivileged, bright young girls in Nigeria, we are committed to breaking the cycle of poverty by providing access to university education for those who might otherwise be left behind. With over 7.6 million girls out of school in Nigeria, our mission is clear: to minimize the number of uneducated females and ensure that deserving girls have the resources they need to thrive. Eligibility Criteria of the Scholarship Program:

Interested candidates for this scholarship program MUST meet the following requirements:

For Fresh Applicants (New Beneficiaries):

1. Must be from a low-income or indigent background.
2. Hold an admission letter to a federal university.
3. Submit an application letter along with supporting documents that demonstrate financial need.
4. Provide references from credible sources.
5. Must not be a beneficiary of another academic grant at the time of application.

For Returning Appplicants (TKM Scholarship Renewal ):

1. Must demonstrate continued indigent status.
2. Submit transcripts showing a GPA of 2.0 or above on a 4.0 scale, or 3.0 or above on a 5.0 scale.
3. Must not be a beneficiary of another academic grant while applying for renewal.

Selection Process:

Applications will be reviewed based on academic merit and financial need. The selection process includes:

  Our team will carefully evaluate your application and supporting documents.
• Interviews
  Shortlisted candidates may be invited for an interview to further discuss their application.
• Final Decision
  Successful applicants will be notified via email, and their names announced on our website and social media platforms.

Scholarship Renewal for Returning Applicants:

While the goal of the TKM Scholarship is to fund indigent Nigerian girls to any federal university of their choosing, covering tuition, academic resources and accommodation fees for the entire period of their course duration, every year, beneficiaries are required to renew their application to ensure that they remain worthy of these scholarships. 

Returning applicants alone would have access to a separate application portal where information about their current academic performance and indigent status would need to be verified before renewal of the scholarship. 

Application Deadline:

Application for the TKM foundation scholarship 2025 are open for entries until the 31st of October, 2025. Early applications are highly recommended.

   • Application letter explaining your background and need for the scholarship.
   • Admission letter from a federal institution.
   • Supporting documents (e.g., proof of financial need, references, transcripts for renewal applicants).
2. Complete the Application Form
   Visit our Application Portal to fill out the online form. Be sure to upload all required documents.
3. Submit Your Application
   Once your form is complete and all documents are attached, submit your application through the portal. You will receive a confirmation email once your application is received.
