About the Internship Program:
The Innovation and Design Thinking Academy (TIDA) is a Nigerian-based innovation hub dedicated to helping youths, communities, and organizations solve pressing problems using design thinking. With over four years of impact-driven work, we have facilitated workshops, innovation labs, and capacity-building programs for NGOs, corporates, and international organizations. The Innovation and Design Thinking Academy (TIDA) is a registered hub that promotes creative and innovative thinking among young social innovators and entrepreneurs in Africa. It is driven to transforms African students, youths, employees, and leaders from complainers to problem solvers and innovative thinkers. Focusing on creating a digital environment for innovation to thrive in Africa, TIDA aids organizations and individuals in designing or developing human-centered innovations that are socially impactful and sustainable
Its trainings offers innovation and design thinking training, seminars, and workshops for youth-led organizations, companies, tech hubs, and schools. Can be done virtually or in-person. Training is tailored to the organization’s priorities and preferred modules.
