About the Essay Competition:
CIPM is the professional body for human relations in Nigeria. The Chatered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM ) is now accepting entries for the Annual CIPM Essay Competition 2025. The CIPM Essay Competition is open to all undergraduates and winners are on the line to win the ₦750,000.00 cash prizes, books and resources, as well as a trip to Abuja for the grand ceremony and the organization’s conference
Essay topic:
“Employee Mental Health and Wellness: The Role of HR in Creating a Resilient and Supportive Workplace.”
Prizes for the Essay Competition:
- 1st Prize – ₦300,000 & 2 HRM books
- 2nd Prize ₦250,000 & 2 HRM books
- 3rd Prize – ₦200,000 & 2 HRM books
- Access to a network of employers for all winners
- 4 Free registration as student members of CIPM
- CIPM (for non-members) for all prize winners.

Required Documents for 2025 CIPM Essay Competition for Undergraduate Students
All entries must be submitted with the under-listed items:
- ID Card from student’s current institution
- Copy of admission letter to student’s current institution
- One recent passport-sized photograph
- Current telephone number and e-mail address.
Application Deadline:
Applications for this essay competition are open for entries until the 29th of August, 2025. Early applications are highly encouraged.
